Mental Health
One of the best and clear definitions that we can find on Mental Health is given to us by Diane Hales and Robert Hales. They said that Mental Health is the capacity to reason logically and be able to cope up with stress, trauma and losses in life, allowing stability and growth both emotionally and psychologically. Bereft of that said capacity would surely cause to adult ADD/ADHD, Alcoholism, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality, Depression, Eating Disorders, Generalized Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD), Schizophrenia and Social Anxiety Disorder. Agreed, those words are not good to hear, much less, falling into any of them.
Eating Disorder
We are now thankful because of the advancement of technology, with it is our clearer understanding of the many of the mental problems, and thus paving the way to more effective medications and therapy. Yet again, there are mental problem issues that many experts are still remain groping in the dark to find some answers. One of the main reasons of the said issues is the lack of awareness of many individuals that are afflicted to it.
Paranoid
In many countries, Mental Health is one of the top of the priorities as it would greatly affect the productivity of individuals, giving some contribution to economic growth. If not given some attention and solutions may lead to some grave consequences such as alcoholism, depression, schizophrenia, or even to extreme ones such as suicide. Finally, goes without saying, that mentally healthy individuals can always carry on with their responsibilities in life and maintain good relationships with others.
