Social Anxiety Disorder
Social phobia refers to excessive anxiety in social situations and this is known as social anxiety. In addition, the physical symptoms than often accompany social anxiety disorder include excessive sweating or hyperhidrosis, blushing, trembling, nausea, stammering and palpitations. And along with these symptoms, panic attacks also occur under intense fear and discomfort. Furthermore, the diagnosis can be of a specific disorder or a generalized disorder. Lastly, generalized social anxiety disorder typically involves a persistent, intense, and chronic fear of being judged by others and of potentially being humiliated or embarrassed by one’s own action.
