The traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India refers to yoga—one of the most popular disciplines practiced today. Further, for the bhakti schools of Vaishnavism, bhakti or service to Svavam bhagavan is the ultimate goal of the yoga process, wherein perfection culminates an eternal relationship with Vishnu, Rama, or Krsna.
